Holly is a beautifully presented 60ft Aqualine Cruiser Stern Narrowboat, built in 2010 and offering a spacious reverse-layout interior designed with comfort and practicality in mind. With accommodation for up to four people, generous storage throughout and an impressive specification, Holly would make an excellent choice for extended cruising, holidays or comfortable life aboard.
Stepping aboard from the cruiser stern, you enter the well-equipped galley, where an abundance of granite worktop space provides plenty of room for preparing meals. The kitchen is fitted with a Belling oven and grill, four-burner gas hob and 240V Zanussi fridge, complemented by generous cupboard storage both above and below the worktops.
Moving forward, the dinette and saloon create a comfortable and welcoming living space. The L-shaped corner dinette provides relaxed seating and converts into an additional double berth when required, with useful storage beneath the seats and a removable table and legs that can be conveniently stored away. Two beige leather reclining swivel armchairs provide another comfortable place to relax, accompanied by a wooden two-drawer side table.
A built-in TV cabinet and shelving provide practical entertainment storage, while the Morso Squirrel solid-fuel stove creates a cosy focal point for colder evenings aboard. A side hatch allows additional light and fresh air into the living area.
The off-corridor bathroom is finished with coordinating tiled flooring and features a tiled corner shower, pump-out toilet, granite countertop with inset sink, large mirror and porthole window.
At the bow is the comfortable fixed double bedroom, providing excellent storage with two deep drawers beneath the bed, overhead cupboards, a wardrobe and additional corner cupboard. A wall-mounted TV completes the space.
Holly is powered by an Isuzu 42 engine and benefits from a Lewmar bow thruster, making manoeuvring easier when cruising and approaching moorings. Her electrical specification includes six 12V traction batteries, a new Victron inverter/charger, shoreline connection and galvanic isolator.
Heating and hot water are well catered for, with an Alde Compact 3030 system, engine and immersion heating, fin radiators and the Morso Squirrel stove. Two 13kg propane gas bottles are also included. Tank capacities are approximately 495 litres for fresh water, 247 litres for fuel and 215 litres for the toilet holding tank.
Further equipment includes pram and cratch covers, a 32-inch LG television, 22-inch Samsung television, Humax Freesat, Maxview satellite system and Samsung DVD player.
Built by Aqualine with a 10/6/5/4 steel specification, Holly was last blacked with two-pack epoxy in May 2019 and has a Boat Safety Scheme certificate valid until February 2027.
With Aqualine's attractive fit-out, a spacious reverse layout and a specification well suited to spending longer periods aboard, Holly offers a comfortable and characterful home on the water.
